    Project : Zu-23 Upgrade

    Technologies : Embedded Systems, RTOS, C
    • Developed the entire system for Zu-23 gun on RTOS.
    • It included various modules lie Firing module, Ballistics, Console, Joystick, Encoder, Motors, Pods and a central controller to co-ordinate with all of them.
    • Liased with Elbit systems for the integration of thier Pod systems with our central controller.
    • Participated in the firing trials with Indian Army post the successful integration of the gun

    • Identifying the redundant and Non-value added activities to make the process lean for Issuance, Acquiring & CPU processes
    • Improved the lead time of the entire process by 40%
    • The total cost was slashed by around 30% of the original costs

    • Awarded for its successful Implementation with 20% faster than the scheduled delivery with more than 30% of savings of the total budget
    • Planning: Planning the activities of the projects as per the client’s requirements along with its schedule & cost associated with it. Planning of resources in terms of their onsite travel & activities to be assigned.

    • Collaborated with stakeholder groups across the organization to ensure business and technology alignment. Proposed solutions meeting defined specifications and needs.

    • Spearheaded this strategic initiative of improving the Market share of Mammo Product by ~10% in the USCAN market by delivering customer-centric features on time, by closely collaborating with senior leadership and multiple business functions.
